Training is difficult to assess as it depends on the trainee how much they require to get started. Overall, training is good but without much conviction to give things a go, getting started would be difficult.

Formal training process eases you into the business a little bit. The skills picked up are uncountable, so just be open to learning and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Most of the training is in house or self learnt. There are opportunities to enrol in external training however I haven't undertaken any in my roles yet
