Yalari

FTI Consulting Australia are proud partners of Yalari, an incredible organisation that provides Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities across Australia the opportunity to receive a full boarding school scholarship for their entire secondary education. As part of our partnership, we sponsor a Yalari tertiary bursary, host an intern annually and host various fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
 

Reconciliation Action Plan

In February 2022, FTI Consulting Australia launched its first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which enables us to sustainably and strategically take meaningful action to advance reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We believe that the development and implementation of our RAP provides the best framework to support reconciliation in Australia. As part of our RAP staff have the opportunity to be part of our RAP Working Group, who are responsible for driving internal engagement and awareness as well as delivering on the commitments made in the RAP.

Recognising the social and economic disadvantage experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, FTI Consulting is committed to continuing to learn from and collaborate with communities to ensure greater Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participation, representation and cultural competence. On our reconciliation journey we commit to continue to listen, learn, build relationships and embed new learnings into our everyday operations while maintaining the highest level of respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
