What should I include in my PM&C graduate program application?

PM&C Team

This is easier said than done, but try to not to leave it to the last minute. Our online assessment process includes a four-question interview that answer in a recorded video. If you're not satisfied with your answer, you can re-record it so I recommend not leaving it to the last minute. In terms of the assessment centre, just really be yourself because we look for genuineness and authenticity.

We recognise that a lot of people applying to the grad program have only recently finished university, but try to avoid examples from university group work. Think about examples of communication, teamwork, prioritisation, and relationship management outside of university. Don't ever think that any short-term role, whether it was flipping sausages in a park for two weeks, working in retail hospitality, volunteering in your community, wouldn't be a good enough example. If you're from a culturally and linguistically diverse background, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background, or international background, don't ever underestimate the role you play in your community.

Really bring out yourself because PM&C is really keen on that.
