If you're really passionate about PM&C, I absolutely recommend applying for the program through our website and application process. You can still apply for consideration through the generalist stream, but the other thing you might want to consider for yourselves is that applying through those processes can also give you an opportunity to be offered other roles at other departments. If you do get a couple of offers, you might even want to decide then so that's a way to keep your options open. I would say if you're really interested in PM&C, definitely apply for our program.
