Civil construction services is what we do best.

In business since 1985, The Winslow Group is a national civil construction company with diversified capabilities. It is vertically integrated to provide skills and expert services to the construction industry to produce safe, sustainable, and innovative solutions for our clients.

The Winslow Group’s rich history as a high-performing civil construction company sees the company today successfully delivering major infrastructure projects in road construction, road rehabilitation, rail, bridges, utilities, residential & industrial subdivisions, and land remediation.

We have created two distinct and autonomous Business Units to efficiently deliver our full spectrum of civil construction services.  The Constructors and Infrastructure Business Units offer vastly different service capabilities, thus enabling us to continue to be agile and responsive to industry needs.

FACES (Family, Accountability, Commitment, Empowerment, Safety) are our values. They are critical to ensuring we have alignment of behaviours and clarity of expectations across Winslow.  They are important markers that help define the kind of culture we have at  Winslow. The work is what we do, our values define who we are.

Our Business Pillars (Safety, Environment, Quality, Productivity, Learning, and Community) enable us to focus our priorities on what matters most for Winslow in order to continue to thrive.

They form part of the foundations of what we do and work in synergy with our Values, FACES, to achieve our vision.

Winslow recognises our social responsibilities as being fundamental to our long-term sustainability and growth. We are recognised leaders in social procurement in the civil construction industry because we choose carefully who we partner with and how we deliver projects. Our three-pronged social procurement strategy means we engage social enterprises, disability enterprises, and/or Aboriginal/Indigenous businesses, through sustainable social value activities.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process ensures we meet and learn about people through face-to-face experiences that complement the initial online application phase.
