Working Hours at PKF Melbourne

8:45 - 5 is what is required. Generally, may come at 8:30, stay until around 5:30. But I am allowed some flexibility on occasions.

Very flexible, I work 3 days a week

In my division, I find that they can be flexible when you have other things you need to take care of, however they expect all employees to work at least 8:30 - 5:15, and there is an expectation that you work late when it is busy. There is less flexibility for WFH than other workplaces that I hear about.

Flexibility is linked to rank. Higher rank, higher flexibility.

Not super flexible. Overtime is expected and not paid for but not at an unreasonable rate If staff work less than expected, comments will be made

PKF is very organised and understanding when it comes to university students working with them during semester.

Hours are not very flexible in terms of still being an 8-5 most days of the week, able to work from home 2 days a week.

Fairly flexible. Minimum of 7.3 hours per day.

If the hours in your contract are completed, it's fairly flexible. I've been in early at times and been able to leave early as I had an event on. Same thing in reverse, I've been able to come in late and work a bit later because I had an appointment in the morning.

Willing to work around university and personal commitments which has been fantastic
