In terms of ethnicity, it is very diverse. In terms of women, there are very few in my team specifically and not in senior roles, but in the broader firm it is gender diverse.

I mean there's not as many women here, and as for LGBTQIA+ there's nothing towards that which is honestly fine.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?

Not sure of direct initiatives. I just feel as if they are not biased in recruiting. They hire on merit.

I don't think there is active employment towards those people, people like that seem very minimal compared with the more privileged
