Transcript:

Through the PM&C Graduate choose your own adventure Program. was able to pursue my passions, but also explore new opportunities that I never would have even known about. I started out in the First Nations policy team, which was a really wonderful opportunity, a great place to start. And then from there I sort of realised some of the gaps in my own knowledge and I learned more about different policy areas that I wanted to explore and got to do that through the rest of my rotations. I found out that the Social Policy Division was looking for advisors through my mentor. He sent me an email and encouraged me to take a look at the opportunity and with his support and also through some of the other supervisors, my buddy, my mentor, I applied for the position and was successful So I have now in the Uluru Statement from the Heart team as part of the First Nations Policy Branch working on pretty amazing Government priority and progressing the Voice Referendum.
