LGBTQ+ at Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW)

Our staff reflect the diversity of the Australian Community that we serve. We embrace our differences and support everyone to bring their authentic self to work. 

We have an employee led Pride Network which brings together staff based on shared identify and allyship. The network supports staff to:

• share experiences and ideas,
• build connections,
• raise awareness,
• provide advice to our senior leadership and other staff; and,
• implement practical initiatives to ensure our work environment remains inclusive.
