HLB Sydney has a hot desk policy, so I am able to sit with different people each day. This gives me the chance to socialise and mingle with everyone in my team.

I’ll have some weekly or bi-weekly meetings to catch up with other parts of the team, where we go over general roadmap goals and what we want to work on.

I usually choose to work on tasks that involve collaboration with some of the Hong Kong team as they have officially settled into their working day. This also means it is a good time for meetings such as my team's daily stand-up or even some training sessions that are regularly provided.

Chris Johnson studied ​a ​Mechanical Engineering/Commerce (Finance) ​at University of New South Wales in 2017, and is now a Junior Project Engineer at Schneider Electric.

I have a bit of spare time in my day, which I fill with extracurricular activities. At Protiviti, we have a range of groups and networks to get involved in. I’m spending some time working with our Pride network. I’m joining a monthly call with the network to discuss our upcoming initiatives in Australia.

Christina Tran graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce International Business/LLB at the University of New South Wales in 2020 and is now a Legal Graduate at AMP.

Claudia Giugovaz graduated with ​a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources) from Macquarie University in 2018 and is now an Associate Recruitment Consultant in the IT DevOps space at Morgan McKinley.

Crispin studied Bachelor of Actuarial Studies with Commerce at the University of New South Wales and is now a Quantitative Trader at Susquehanna International Group (SIG).
