Your role

By joining the Graduate Program, you’ll grow your skills and career. Your development starts with a tailored orientation at the global headquarters in Sydney. You’ll then embark on a 12-24 month structured program with on-the-job training, access to senior leaders and a comprehensive range of internal and external learning opportunities.

  • Corporate operations and strategy - Drive the operational effectiveness of Macquarie, help curate workplace experiences and empower them to be innovative.
  • Retail banking and financial services - Gain real customer-focused experience, helping people purchase a home, start a business or manage their finances.
  • Risk - Work on strategies to help manage and prevent risks to deliver successful and sustainable business outcomes.
