  • Not many bad things about ITW, if anything not being able to see some projects to completion.
  • Managers can often be interstate - hard to get face-to-face time. However, this is overcome by effective communication

  • Action to improve something is taken slowly.
  • A lot of reactive rather than proactive work, and recording of key data and work hasn't been done well over the years- having to go back and try collect and collate a lot of this now which can be complex and time consuming
