Our training is very bad I would say. We don't really have a very good onboarding training system. I mentioned earlier, the Harvey Norman way, throwing people in the deep end. Not everyone can learn like that. I hate and love it. It weeds out people very quickly, but we lose good potential talent.

Training is very detailed, and is reinforced everyday by application. I have picked up a lot of skills, including managing the POS system and controlling stock.
