The gross salary range for graduate and early talent roles (include currency).
A salary package starting at $60,000 bas plus 10% super and tools of the trade including a vehicle

Gorst Rural is an Independent Rural Retailer operating from 5 locations across Western Victoria. They are members of the NRI National network of 144 stores providing Farm Inputs and Specialty Services for the Broadacre, Horticulture and Livestock markets. Gorst Rural staff come together nationally under NRI for supplier conferences, product training and business strategy initiatives.
After a mentoring period, graduates are carefully given more independence and responsibility. In the first year, you will be undertaking many operational skills such as pest and disease monitoring and identification and you progress to decision making through nutrition and crop protection programs. Once you have mastered all the basics, you will be allocated your own clients. This could be by your 3rd or 4th year working under the direction of qualified agronomists.
