What if we didn’t focus on who you are now, but who you could become?

At EY, we value you for your unique perspective and potential. We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world. We're offering you more than just a job - we're offering you the exceptional EY experience. After all, it's not just about where you're going; it's about how you'll grow to get there.

What’s in it for you?

Join us full-time as a graduate and let's shape your bright future together. We're committed to nurturing your career with continuous support, learning opportunities, and dynamic experiences. We value the richness your background brings, recognising that embracing Indigenous perspectives not only enhances our organisational ethos, but also plays a crucial role in fostering genuine connections and mutual understanding. To learn more about our business, visit our website.

As your career evolves, you might consider joining our national Indigenous Sector Practice, which operates across all service lines. This purpose-driven offering is led by mob and works with a diverse client base. It seeks to create business, educational, and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities, and it advocates for social and economic equality.

We’re currently looking for students from a range of degrees for all EY service lines across all locations (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney). You can find out more about our service lines and teams by visiting our careers pages.

Eligibility

To apply for our Indigenous Graduate Program, you are required to:

  • Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or both
  • Be due to graduate from your degree in 2024. Or if you have already completed your studies, your graduation date must be within the past 24 months at the time of application

What you can expect

All candidates are required to submit an online application attaching their passport (or alternative ID), CV and academic transcript. If you are unable to do this due to accessibility, email our First Nations Recruitment team for a confidential discussion.

Once we review your application, you may be invited to an interview or Recruitment Day. We’ll guide you through this process with as much or as little support as you need .

We recommend applying early as we will be recruiting on an ongoing basis, and positions will close once filled.

Please note that it can take up to six weeks to hear from us as we have a rigorous recruitment process in place for our student program roles.

Acknowledgement of Country

EY acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which EY offices are located around Australia. We pay our respects to their cultures, and to their Elders — past, present, and emerging. Find out more about our vision for reconciliation by searching “EY reconciliation”.
