Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Level playing field amongst team members where everyone is respected and valued regardless of their role or status in the company. Everyone is extremely supportive and super friendly.

Love the work culture. Main reason I applied for the job and I find that I am staying for. Feels like a family in and out of the office. Love being apart of the Social commitee despite only working here for 6 months because then you get a say in all the fun activities we can do in the year. Love the love of food in the office and how work supports that with all the free food we can snack on.

The office is always an enjoyable space to go. Everyone is so friendly. Due to the independent nature of our work we do monthly social events as a time to get together and socialize.
