What Graduates Say About Them
  • It is wonderful to be a part of such a supportive team with a great culture of positivity and learning. There is plenty of flexibility within the role. Great perks such as wellbeing days and ongoing professional development.
  • The family culture, the emphasis on work life balance, the level of mentoring provided, and the willingness to take on feedback and learn from it.
  • I would have to say the flexible working times. You have control over your own calendar so you can organise appointments and admin time when its best works for you. There is also new graduate mentoring. This is a time each week where you can ask questions about your specific caseload and seek advice on strategies to use.
  • Great support network (including team leaders, Everyday Mentoring). Flexible timetable and option to work from home.
  • The number of changes that happen in one period can sometimes be overwhelming, but I think this is all part of being a progressive company, and often the change is a result of employee feedback being acted on.
  • The learning curve is steep but if you throw yourself into the situation and ask people for help, I always felt well supported.
  • The company is quite large so it can be difficult to navigate at times in terms of who is the right point of contact. That being said, everyone is approachable and willing to point you in the right direction.
