ERCO Graduate Programs & Internships

• Informal in-person interviews will be conducted at the ERCO Experience Centre at Sub Base Platypus in North Sydney with Nathan - Regional Manager and Matt - Technical Manager.
• Short listed candidates will be invited for a second interview.
• Applicants will know the outcome within a few weeks.
• The successful applicant will be out-going, organised, digitally astute, open to learn, able to work flexible hours including some nights and keen to fit into the ERCO Oceania Market Development team.

• The intership will be paid on an hourly rate. 
• The intern will fill out a monthly timesheet.
• The intern rate is $22/hr with a minimum of 24 hours work per week.
• Our current Events Coordinator will go on maternity leave at the end of the year. 
• If the internship is successful for both parties, then a permanent role may be offered, with a permanent salary offered.
• Career progression could possibly be into several areas: Sales, Marketing or Events.
• ERCO Oceania is based in North Sydney with sales partners in all capital cities of Australia and New Zealand.  ERCO Oceania head office is in Singapore. The ERCO Light Factory is in Germany.  Successful ERCO Oceania staff often do business travel to all of the above destinations.
