The formal training by the company is good, however personally the training I received from my supervisor could have been better, however this is subjective and will be different for everyone.

There is ongoing compulsory e-learning modules, funding for external training (of which I have already accessed) , ongoing Library webinars and a litany of available internal courses on things such as learning to code.

We get assigned different training modules month to month, all of which I have found easy to understand and complete. The most valuable training I have had has been on the job, particularly in the lab. I was guided, but also given space to work on skills alone without the pressure of having someone watching (safely obviously!)
