For those whose passion is environmental protection, our Water and Waste management services focus on conservation and sustainability. This is an embedded value of ATC Williams, and we support the shift that is occurring in the philosophy of industry, particularly the mining community, to share the responsibility for managing the effects of a changing environment.

Undergraduate program

  • Offering 2-3 university students a full-time, fully paid internship from November to February
  • Hands-on work in our NATA Accredited Laboratory (VIC only)
  • Office experience completing civil engineering, construction, investigation, and analytic work.
  • Field visit to experience site investigations or constructions in action
  • Chance to enter our Graduate Transition Program working one- to two days a week during your final year of study

Graduate Engineers

  • Opportunity to gain experience across multiple engineering disciplines such as civil geotechnics, hydrology, hydraulics, and hydrogeology.
