Your role

Working as an intern for their multi-disciplined, Health and Benefits business at Aon, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting colleagues with a range of customer service tasks, to assist in the management of new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Management of a small portfolio of Life Accident & Health clients
  • Execute service plans to deliver client outcomes
  • Assisting with team portfolio management
  • Drafting of quotation requests and renewal reports
  • Perform quotation analysis as required
  • Data manipulation
  • Ad hoc project management
  • Data and analytics reporting

About You

Skills and experience that will lead to success: 

  • Midway or final year university degree with a passion for business/interest in insurance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction\Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Mature and professional demeanour
  • Ability to cultivate relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
