Your role

What you will do:

• Assisting the team in developing and implementing business and sales strategies covering Institutional Investors from Growth Market Areas (e.g., Africa, Latin America, Middle East, and Taiwan)
• Compiling information and preparing strategic analyses of markets or preparing media offers
• Provide valuable assistance to the team in Client Relationship Management
• Support the team in organizing conferences and meetings for potential clients
• Prepare supporting documentation for meetings e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, or research as requested

Training & development

About you

What you bring:

Given the exposure provided in this role, you need to enjoy working and learning in a diverse and highly energetic environment. In particular, Allianz is looking for the following capabilities/ experiences:

• You are enrolled in an accredited college or university studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree 
• Have a basic understanding and genuine interest in working within the Financial Services sector, and Asset Management in particular 
• An outstanding command of English and Spanish (written and spoken), Portuguese is a plus 
• You have sophisticated computer literacy in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel) and also strong analytical skills
• Experience with PowerBI and the production of datasets is highly desirable
• A reliable, detailed, and service-oriented working attitude as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You enjoy thinking “outside of the box” and are willing to suggest solutions to improve the current processes
• Good organizational skills, able to multi-task
• Positive attitude and willingness to keep an open mind to learn new things
