Your role

The HR Intern will gain experience in the day-to-day functions of Human Resource Consulting and will also have the opportunity to work on special projects with managers.

The intern will be exposed to a very diverse and dynamic company and will be encouraged to help define better ways of maintaining and distributing human resource information.

Specific tasks might include processing applications and sending correspondences, posting job descriptions and creating a recruiting history, conducting telephone and personal interviews, interacting with potential employees regarding their application, updating HR information and files, sending reference checks, completing paperwork for new hires, transfers, and separated employees, completing paperwork, and responding to request for information regarding company benefits. Assume other duties as assigned.
