Research, be open to trying new things & have a genuine interest in technology
Graduate, Melbourne
Research the company! Find out something they did - like a particular project and weave it into your interviews. E.g. if you love F1 you could have talked about how Industry X collaborated with the F1 to make a more immersive experience for viewers.

Be yourself. Don't worry about knowing the 'what' but focus more on the 'how' you get there. Communication skills, teamwork, ability to ask questions, soft skills etc.

During the assessment day be collaborative and inclusive, throw big ideas out there and show your personality.

Take time to reflect over yourself during the interview/assessment process. Within the team challenge, ensure you are allowing others to speak and think of a proactive and co-operative way to find a solution. Although you are competing against others, being the loudest/talking the most doesn't make you stand out. Try including all team members in solution brainstorming and work together as a team.

Just be honest and express your willingness to learn new things.

Be yourself and make sure you are positive! If applying for the Technology Stream, try your best (even if you aren't from a tech background)

Preparation is key but it's important to remember that you have to be 'human'. It sounds bizarre, but at the end of the day culture is a huge factor to a huge organisation like this. Building relationships is critical and is perhaps one of the biggest lessons I have learned. Also, understanding the company and their values as well as knowing about the types of clients that not only interest you but ones Accenture have worked with, will set you apart from other candidates.

Be confident speaking in groups, don't hold yourself back but it is important to be collaborative.

Show that you're serious about your career and the company

One big tip I would give is to remember that they are not just assessing how much you know. A big part of the group interview was assessing how you work with a team in a stressful situation, so I would advise that people make sure they are listening to others and making people feel included when participating in the case study.

Research the company, know what you're after, be yourself, work as a team, use your best analytical and critical skills!

Do your research! Know the company and their values and be able to talk to why you want the role, remember as a grad you are a large investment to train up so they need to be confident that you will stay and essentially provide a return on investment for them. Above everything else, don't be afraid to show the real you (quirks and all) the hiring process is people centric and so if our can connect and create rapport you will do well.

Research the company, prepare your motivations.

The one specific tip is TO BE themselves. Not to overprepare for personal interview, just reflect on their values and their life. Be positive, believe in themselves. I would also recommend to read and explore Accenture website, blogs, social media accounts and learn everything you can about Accenture.
