AMP Capital – Global Distribution and Business Management Program 2020

AMP Capital Global Distribution and Business Management (GDBM) graduate program aims to provide Graduates diverse exposure across a range of disciplines, helping graduates to identify and hone their areas of expertise and interest across AMP Capital.

The business units within GDBM are responsible for all global business development, strategic relationships and joint ventures, business strategy, client relationships, marketing, communications and investment services, as well as formulating the design of leading edge investment products.

The GDBM stream spans two divisions of AMP Capital – Asia Pacific and Strategy & Investment Services.

GDBM Graduate rotations:

The GDBM two year graduate program begins in February 2020 and provides an opportunity for Graduates to complete four, six-monthly rotations across a variety of areas. Certain rotations will involve close collaboration with our AMP Capital offshore offices.

• Australian retail marketing
• Content and publishing
• Digital and innovation
• Account management and consultants
• Asia Pacific finance

Stratey & Investment Services:

• Client Services
• Global Product
• Investment Risk & Performance
• Business Transformation
• Strategy & Planning

Application Requirements:

• Complete your undergraduate studies in 2019, or have completed your undergraduate studies in 2018
• Minimum credit average
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident
• Given AMP Capitals growing Asian business, fluency in an Asian language would be advantageous though not a requirement
