The Telstra Graduate Program offers you 12 months of challenging, hands-on and rewarding work that will give you the confidence and know-how to launch your career and achieve your goals.

What you'll be doing as a Finance and Accounting graduate
You'll provide high level financial support to the many areas of our business, help with decision making, work with data, develop insights and manage stakeholder relationships.

What skills and experiences do you need?
We're looking for people who are just about to or have recently completed a degree like Business Commerce, Finance, Economics or Accounting.

You'll need to be a great communicator, a team contributor and someone who likes to solve complex problems. We're also looking for graduates who have experience in:

  • Data analytics
  • Systems thinking
  • Maths

Program eligibility
You need to have completed or will successfully complete a three-year undergraduate degree in the past three years (2017, 2018, 2019) with a minimum Credit Average. Weight Average Mark of 60 and above.

You must be an Australian or NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident.

International students with visa subclass 500, 573 or 574 are eligible to apply for the technical pathways only. International Students studying a Masters must complete a minimum two year master's course at an Australian University.
