About the opportunity

As an Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to build new skills in a hands on learning environment, receive paid employment, and take study leave to earn a professional qualification (Certificate IV followed by Diploma) at the same time.

Over the course of 24 months and with the support of a mentor and team leader, you'll contribute to exciting projects that are helping shape the future of Australia and beyond!

Upon successful completion of the qualifications and based on performance on the job, there is the opportunity of advancement of career onto our Graduate program.

Teams you could join:

Technology Consulting

Using your skills in tech, communication, problem solving, business and relationship management, in Consulting you’ll get to help organisations and communities change, for the better. Working to implement strategies, you will design, manage and execute the vital steps required to ensure that important organisational, business and operational improvements are made effectively.

Digital Technology Services

Using technology and information, in our Digital Technology Services team you’ll help to transform, disrupt and grow our business. You’ll ensure our products and services are digital, mobile, optimised and automated. You’ll work to increase the Digital IQ of our people and deliver more value for our clients through the right technology investments.

Technology Risk and Assurance (Risk Assurance)

Using your skills in tech, data analysis, problem solving and project management, you will help our clients drive growth and create competitive advantage. You’ll help assess our clients’ processes, policies, systems and controls, so they are able to manage risks, make well informed business decisions and improve the performance, efficiency and reliability of their organisation and processes.    

About you!

With a strong foundation of learning behind you, you're ready to enter the world of work. With a genuine interest in business and technology, you are keen to develop your skills in a hands on environment and contribute to real projects that are helping change the community, for the better. You're curious, have a love for problem solving, an appetite to develop your knowledge and learn as you go. You're excited by the opportunity to work, earn and study at the same time and are able to commit to completing a 24 month qualification that will see you develop and grow your career in professional services.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for the Higher Apprenticeship Program, you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident and have obtained a high school certificate (HSC, VCE, VCAL or equivalent). At the time the program commences in January 2020, you must not possess a degree, certificate 1V or higher.

Next Steps

Our recruitment process will follow the timeline below:

  • Online Testing deadline 4th August 2019
  • Video Interview deadline 11th August 2019
  • Video Interview outcomes 18th August 2019
  • Assessment Centres commencing 26th August 2019

Note: If you have previously completed the Pymetrics online assessment for PwC or another company, you will need to log into the Pymetrics portal via our invitation link in order to submit your previous gameplay be considered for this role.
