Recently we had a new intern join the team, as part of onboarding we do some pair programming - I found pair programming invaluable when I started my graduate program and it's something we do often.

We have our monthly PCG Meeting, this meeting is to give the client an update on construction progress, items that require the client’s direction, and financial and programme summary.

I get to work on the largest piece of work I produce each month, a presentation on all the statistics and key performance indicators for the parts operations department.

one of my colleagues is trying to figure out why a build is failing for testing.  I’ve got some time while waiting for my script to finish, so I sit down and we debug it together.  We help each other out as we’re all working for the same mission.

Allison Ritter studied Graduate Diploma Child and Family Health Nursing and is a Graduate Maternal and Child Health Nurse at Yarra City Council.

The training at the ATO is wonderful as it offers a great opportunity for on-the-job learning and further developing my skillset.

Amy Ha studied ​a ​Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) ​at University of New South Wales in 2016, and is now a Commercial Graduate at Laing O'Rourke.

I am helping organise a school tour and learning event for Loretto Kirribilli, which aims to inspire and empower female high school students to consider a career in engineering.
