This morning, I ran a quick training for the front-end shift fitter on a newly created MCIL – Master Clean, Inspect and Lubricate on the trimmer outfeed race.

As a graduate, I have the freedom to take on my own projects, as well as shadow some of the more experienced staff in their endeavours.

I like to try and get one task finished around this time and get started on another. I find this workflow works well so it’s easier to get going in the morning if I’ve already half completed a task.

Raya Tasnim studied Bachelor of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and Bachelor of Materials Science at the University of New South Wales and is now a Graduate at ANSTO.

Richard Ta graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from University of New South Wales, and is now a Risk Assurance Consultant at PwC.

What I do on a day-to-day basis can vary, but a particularly important period involves finalising clients end-of-year accounts and allocating transactions to ensure clients have a clear and up-to-date view of their self-managed super fund (SMSF).

Valerie Wong studied Bachelor of Commerce (International Studies) at University of New South Wales and is now Graduate Analyst, Frontline Supervisor at Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA)
