Work hard, both inside and outside of university. This will set you up well when it comes time for applying for jobs and being able to easily answer interview questions.

Don’t focus on the grades, focus on understanding the content and its practical relevance (and the grades will come with it).

The best way to figure out what a job is actually like is by speaking to people in the field and trying it out yourself.

Being part of a team that is essential to the business is always a nice feeling, but also an added pressure to get it right. However, with this comes the collaborative nature and interacting with different teams on the regular, which is something I find interesting.

Marsh is giving me opportunities to pursue volunteering with an organisation that I love whilst working part-time.
