In a year, we get the chance to experience all areas of the business, and a chance to sit down with all the leaders and ask them questions.

Being a Grad, there has been a number of opportunities to get a better understanding of other functions/ areas through projects outside of our everyday role.

I think the key attributes to my job is to be a hard worker, the ability to multitask and to have a curious mind. 

By meeting real people who are working under various socio-economic conditions, scale of operation, and stages of the agricultural supply chain, you were able to gain deep knowledge of the sector and its unique problems, successes and points of difference.
