To me, OW is the place where you go not just to fix a problem, but to really build something new. The culture has a huge emphasis on challenging conventional thinking to help chart new futures for our clients and communities. 

It is very exciting to be involved in the process of unfolding and resolving the complexity of a project so as to turn it from a fabulous idea into an amazing reality.

You are an adviser, a counsellor, a cheerleader, a boundary-setter, and on any given day you can be both the best and worst person in the world (if your students had any say, that is!).

Nous largely looks at your ability to think in a structured way, draw out key findings from data (qualitative and quantitative), and communicate insights in a clear and compelling way for clients (usually through PowerPoint or Word).

I think working in the tech industry is amazing, and MongoDB is definitely a great example. We get free lunches a couple of days a week, have a great work culture and everyone seems to have quite a good work-life balance!
