It is very exciting to be involved in the process of unfolding and resolving the complexity of a project so as to turn it from a fabulous idea into an amazing reality.

I love the opportunities that we have been given. I feel like the grads aren’t just a tick of the box kind of thing and we’re actually really valued.

Working on this project makes me understand more about the amount of work required to build a tunnel and appreciate more when I drive through one. 

Daily work is quite varied – clients can range from large self-insurers to overseas insurance start-ups to local listed insurers.

The coolest thing about my job is the autonomy I have. Even as an intern I have control over my daily schedule. I can choose if I’m working at the office or from home. I can choose what tasks I prioritise and control the flow of my work.

The best part of my job is how much responsibility I’m given as a graduate. We’re seen as future leaders of the business and are given really interesting projects to work on.

I love the collaboration and positive, engaging culture that Intergen brings with them.

It was very eye opening to see what goes on behind the scenes to get product to customers, especially on the scale that The Warehouse Group operates at!
