I know I have a support network that is understanding so I know I’ll never be left alone in the dark.

The company strongly encourages us to constantly review our plans for the future and what roles we'd like to find ourselves in further down the track. No role is off-limits, so the possibilities are endless.

For me personally, coming out of University at the age of 20, I really wanted to be part of something that had some kind of relevance.

The amount of responsibility I’ve been given, although it was a little intimidating at the start, has been very rewarding and led to me gaining a massive variety of knowledge while working with amazing people.

Be kind to yourself! Being a student is tough and all you can do is your best, so try not to stress too much.

I joined the program in February 2021, I spent 8 months including rotations before graduating as an Associate Developer – I’m still here and loving it!

I believe DevelopHer programme definitely helps you build robust technical skills but at the same time would also work on building your interpersonal skills.
