The coolest part of my role is working in a professional corporate culture while gaining valuable hands-on industry experience!

While presenting to management is incredibly nerve-racking – hearing the feedback from our Group President and other influential people in our business is the highlight of the program, not many people get face time with the GP but we are able to take on feedback and be inspired by leaders in their element.

Get as much industry experience as you can; do internships, participate in case competitions and talk to any contacts in the industry you may have as this is so important in helping to decide on your future career path

Along with my R&D program coordination responsibilities, my role also gives me the opportunity to play with all the latest and greatest tech gadgets.
