My current rotation is with the Stakeholder Engagement Team. I support the Engagement Partners mainly with client notifications.

Obi Mbakwe studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) at The University of Sydney in 2018 and is an analyst in Institutional Client Business at BlackRock.

Our team huddles together to discuss the model and the results. We then put together an action plan to change the design and submit it for analysis.

Oliver Russell studied a Bachelor of Science (Geography) and is now a Graduate at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development & Communications.

Every Monday morning, we have a team meeting, this is where we discuss our 3 w’s; our wins from the last week, our worries for the coming week and what we are going to do for our well-being this week

It’s time to get back into it! I have a phone call with one of our Canberra Office Principals, Andrew, to discuss a client’s individual tax return that I have prepared. We also go through my list of client queries from another financial statement I prepared and I update him on today’s work.

The Associates had a debrief with the Adelaide Audit Partner and National People and Culture Leader to help get our feedback on what went well, what didn’t go as planned and discussions around practical solutions we could make to improve for next year.
