My highlight when I first joined EngageTech was feeling part of the team after two weeks in as the general culture of the company is definitely up there.

I love how the team pumps each other up before a big power hour, plays a quick game or has an inspirational chat. It loosens you up and gets you laughing before you dive into the hour!

The very best thing about my job is that without the stuff that I do, the security of the place where I work would be dramatically worse off.

My top tip for anyone applying for EngageTech would be to get involved with everything you can.
