I thought about being a pilot, or an air traffic controller, but it was the ever-changing nature and challenges of the engineering profession that drew me in.

As a structures engineer at Airbus I am a part of the in-service engineering team for the ARH Tiger an Australian Army Helicopter.

I spent my time off working in various coffee shops and going on ski holidays until I finally rediscovered my passion for aviation and returned to uni.

My highlight when I first joined EngageTech was feeling part of the team after two weeks in as the general culture of the company is definitely up there.

You can't just bolt anything to a plane.  As an Aerospace engineer, you need to ensure that what you design conforms to the relevant regulations and safety standards.

I love how the team pumps each other up before a big power hour, plays a quick game or has an inspirational chat. It loosens you up and gets you laughing before you dive into the hour!
