In a year, we get the chance to experience all areas of the business, and a chance to sit down with all the leaders and ask them questions.

Being a Grad, there has been a number of opportunities to get a better understanding of other functions/ areas through projects outside of our everyday role.

Unilever is everywhere and this makes you feel apart of something much larger. It is a unique sense of achievement when you can physically see the brands and impact you have.

I’m all about translating what is needed for our customers into what our associates need to produce in the plant – it’s a pretty big role!
