I love the variety and investigative nature of my role. I enjoy getting lost in a spreadsheet and looking for reasons why the data is showing a certain trend.

Heidi studied a Bachelor of Human Services at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and is now an Analyst at Services Australia.

Everyone in the graduate program has such a different background and that’s what makes it great. We all bring something different to our teams and work really well together.

Providing secretariat support for this division was a really exciting piece of work to be involved in and a fantastic introduction to policy work.
