Within the office I am responsible for working on a project that leverages statistical techniques paired with technology, to aid in taxpayer compliance.

I love the variety and investigative nature of my role. I enjoy getting lost in a spreadsheet and looking for reasons why the data is showing a certain trend.

It’s very rewarding to know that your capabilities are recognised, and that the Treasury is willing to encourage greater responsibility.

This environment allowed me the try things and get feedback on them, achieving my goals of designing assessable content.

The coolest thing about my job is working for the APS. It was a dream of mine to get into public service and do some good every day with my work. You get to learn about so many different areas. That feeling alone is incredibly rewarding and motivating.
