I love seeing campaigns come to life – through the creative process, filming on set or through new product presentations.

My work involves tasks such as designing artwork for promotional campaigns or planning new launches. Additionally, I’ve been given more exposure to digital as well.

I love the innovation! The process of starting with a consumer need, developing a product, and then seeing that product on the shelves in the supermarket is the best.

For me the coolest thing about my job is being able to bring my ideas to life. We are given so much ownership from day one and if you have a great idea the business will support you 100% in making it happen.

Stats NZ has been a place that has opened my eyes to the public sector, data and how it affects different communities, the power of my lived experience and my voice as a young Pacific person.

The coolest thing about my job is the autonomy I have. Even as an intern I have control over my daily schedule. I can choose if I’m working at the office or from home. I can choose what tasks I prioritise and control the flow of my work.

The best part of my job is how much responsibility I’m given as a graduate. We’re seen as future leaders of the business and are given really interesting projects to work on.
