I have been a Tax Analyst for almost four months now and I love it, each day is different which makes a single day in the life hard to capture, but I think today gives you a good idea of what it is like. This is going to look a lot like a food blog but there is a lot of interesting work in the details, I promise!

The afternoon is spent researching, reviewing client material, and drafting documents. Following on from the initial appointment this morning, my afternoon is spent drafting cost documents and an initial letter of advice.

I provide an outline of the Jobs I intend to prioritize that day to my supervisor and manager, this gives me an opportunity to provide any updates on the current tasks, be briefed on any new client engagements or receive any new information that has come in relating to my current workflow.

Thomas Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Medical Science (Pathology) at The University of Sydney in 2018 and is now working as a Financial Crime & Forensic Services, Risk Consulting at PwC.

Timon Dooley studied Bachelor of Business – Financial Risk Management at Victoria University in 2017 and is now a Business Banking Graduate at NAB.
