I had a few phone interviews with HR and my hiring manager before proceeding to the Assessment Day. The Assessment Day involved me working with my fellow candidates in creating a presentation which we would deliver. Then I would have a panel interview with the hiring manager and other senior managers at VMware. Within the week, I received an offer.
