Starting full time in early Feb 2022, we offer two and four-year Graduate Programs that will see you rotating through key business areas. In each rotation, you'll be overcoming real-life challenges and taking on meaningful assignments. You'll make new contacts, work on different projects, overcome different challenges and most importantly, bring about a positive change. We're excited to offer opportunities to graduates from a range of disciplines including Engineering (Chemical/Process, Environmental, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical), Maths, Business and IT.
The two-year Engineering graduate program is designed for emerging professional Engineers who know they want to pursue a career in the water industry and want to find out everything about it! These experiences are designed to help you understand where your particular skills and interests best fit within the different types of roles that are on offer – from modelling to analysis, optimisation to design, corporate risk to procurement – one of the hardest decisions you have to make as an Urban Grad is where to begin your career. This program will help you work that out!
For the first time, we also offer a four-year program for Construction Engineers focused on a career in infrastructure construction. We are in the unique position to be able to offer you rotations in every aspect of construction from feasibility studies, through design and build to hand over of major infrastructure projects. We do this by working side by side our design partners and offering rotations in their teams as well as ours.
Due to the huge success of our Data Analytic Grad program that kicked off in 2020, we will again be offering places to Graduates who love all things data! If you know how to bring our data to life and can hear the story it is telling you – we want you! You will have the opportunity to work in four teams around the business to analyse data and work with us to implement changes based on your findings.
Information Services Graduates look no further! Our structured program will see you working with our Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Information Architecture and Integration Architecture teams. On completion of the two-year program, you will have a wide range of options to chose where to take your career next.
