Based on where I've worked so far as a graduate, they are supportive, and try to give you opportunities while allowing flexibility in working with multiple teams. Although, it can be somewhat difficult accessing them as they can be quite busy.

The amount and quality of performance feedback is dependent on your manager, however I have had a good experience with this, in which I was told my rating. There was however a lack of detail on specific feedback, so was hard to tell where to improve on. managers at TAL are supportive and good mentors, however, sometimes you may need to remind them if you'd like to have 1:1 sessions with them frequently. Managers are TAL are transparent, professional, knowledgeable and understanding.

Managers are always busy but find the time to reply and offer advice. They are really good mentors as they talk about how to progress different career pathways and recommend what to learn based on your interests.

, We have weekly catch-ups with our manager who checks in on how we're going and what we're working on. They will work to make sure we hit our goals and KPIs and adjust them to suit the circumstances.
