Usual work focuses on completing deliverables for the monthly financial reporting cycle. Includes calculating policy liabilities under stressed scenarios for capital purposes and presenting the results to key internal and external stakeholders. Process improvement and other projects are always being worked on in addition to these day-to-day responsibilities.

Front-end web developer role using Angular and React frameworks and Sitecore to enhance website functionalities/features

I look after a number of regular pieces of reporting and meetings that are delivered on a monthly basis. When I am not working on these I work on other projects and ad-hoc pieces of work (research, insights and analytics).

As part of my team we handle the maintenance and upgrading of 2 websites used by teams at TAL and external partners. Overall I am satisfied with my work as it is always changing and I am always learning new things. It is not often where I'll be able to make huge changes which will be used by many people, but there has been times I can really see the difference I make.

My role is as a cyber graduate in the Cyber Threat Management team. My daily responsibilities include, threat hunting, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management

Day-to-day responsibilities are not too challenging and are meaningful.

My day-to-day roles change according to the business's needs, as a graduate this flexibility and exposure is commendable.

The work we do as a Graduate is extremely varied, and interesting. I have learnt so much since joining the program, not only technical skills but also soft skills that develop me as a future leader.
