What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is fair and competitive. I haven't been with the company long enough to comment on bonuses
Graduate, Brisbane
I think that my pay is very generous considering that I have only been working with them for a couple of months
Graduate, Bendigo
I am yet to receive any bonuses & don't expect to receive any at my current level in the business. My pay I feel is reasonable in comparison to other Ag Sci graduates that I know.
Graduate, Horsham, Victoria
The salary of a graduate at rural bank is very competitive.
Graduate, Adelaide
The pay is very good for what is expected of me in the outset and for a position straight out of an undergraduate degree. The way I see it is, I'm being paid to learn and develop my skills to become an asset to the business and my team which sound pretty good to me. The bonuses that the company offer are terrific weather that be remuneration for good performance or in terms of the opportunities that the bank provides to all its staff.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Lots of paid travel opportunities
Graduate, Brisbane
I think the best perks are the reduced rates on loans and removal of bank fees. They also cover expenses generously when you are travelling for work
Graduate, Bendigo
Get to travel to other offices quite regularly. Encouraged to engage with the other graduates over the course of the program and have developed a great friendship with them. Graduate manager is highly engaged in your successes and making the program the best it can be for each individual. Moving once off payments provided with extra days leave for each move of location you make for the graduate program. Getting out on some pretty amazing farms around Australia and interacting with some of the best farmers we have in our nation.
Graduate, Horsham, Victoria
Get to attend a host of different events where you are a representative of the bank (Gala dinners, Conferences, Professional events). Assist with moving costs and finding you a place to live where you may be moved to for work. A lot of other staff benefits and workplace flexibility
