What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is excellent compared to other non-mining companies. Plenty of benefits. Annual bonuses.

The base salary is not in line with the industry or competitive enough however due to the remoteness of my site my pay is a lot better then most grads.

Good and fair system for bonuses and pay. Pay is reviewed twice per year which is good if the industry is changing.
Graduate, Gladstone Central
good, but lackluster compared to iron ore
Graduate, Weipa
At my level, the pay i get is extremely well compared to other engineers starting. a lot of people complain only cause it is not as much as the next person but in reality we are getting paid a lot and should be more grateful at the entry level.

Graduate pay is fantastic for office based staff, but in the field when you regularly train contractors, they then become FTE within 3 months and receive $30,000 more despite being graduates themselves.
