What has been your best experience of the Graduate Program so far?
My rotations have all been very diverse, some even providing the opportunity to get hands-on experiences while learning about day-to-day operational processes and equipment. The highlight experience of the Graduate Program for me has been the opportunity to work directly with the state General Manager. Being involved in projects and meetings with her has taught me so much about the industry and helped me to develop my skills.

What motivates you?
I am motivated by helping others and being able to contribute my skills and ideas to bigger goals. This is fuelled by a strong desire to continually improve my abilities and knowledge, as well as an interest in innovation.
What does ‘working for the future mean to you?
REMONDIS’ vision revolves around sustainability. The opportunity to be involved with future-focused resource recovery projects has been a great experience. I enjoyed getting to work in an environment where I can help make an impactful difference.
What excites you about your future?
I’m excited by the opportunities for career growth and continuing to draw from the experience of industry professionals at REMONDIS. I’m eager to be part of future projects and work with new teams, using new processes and technology for resource recovery.
